  This is an adorable garden/park in Hood River. It's shady and there is a fountain and benches. There are stairs leading up to it and stairs going past it. I think that the stairs lead to a trail head. I also think there is a street that runs near this park so you can drive your car and park on the street above it if you want to walk down the stairs, rather than up.
